As a Team Leader / Working Team Leader at Kranendonk, you are responsible for the success of projects on various ships and on land, both independently and by leading a small team of employees/subcontractors. The diverse tasks may include installing furniture or fully paneling a space on ships, drilling platforms, or luxury yachts. You will also have the opportunity to see much of the world, as, in addition to working in the Netherlands, we also operate internationally and offshore.

What we expect from you

You have work experience in the interior industry, possibly also on board ships
With your experience and our support, you can handle any project and strive for the best result
You can work independently, but also provide guidance to colleagues and subcontractors
You are able to act quickly and think/work in a solution-oriented way
You are reliable and flexible in your availability
You hold a valid driver’s license (B)
You are proficient in both Dutch and English

A full-time contract (39 hours) with the possibility of a permanent contract in the near future
